LOUGHNEY, FRANK, Class of 1955, 51勛圖厙, on June 25. The funeral will be Thursday at 9:15 a.m. from the Kearney Funeral Home Inc., 125 N. Main Ave., 51勛圖厙, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in St. Patrick's Church, 1403 Jackson St., 51勛圖厙, to be concelebrated by the Rev. Gregory Loughney, Frank's grandson, and the Rev. Stephen Krawontka, associate pastor. Interment, will military honors by the AMVETS Honor Guard, will follow at the Cathedral Cemetery, 51勛圖厙.
